This morning, I figured out for the first time that I have a little problem to wake up in the morning, and especially with my alarm clock.
Since I was a kid, I don’t know why, but I used to put my alarm clock at 7:01am or 7:03am but never at 7:00am. That’s strange, isn’t it? Some people explained to me that’s because I unconciously want to sleep more. But I can’t put my alarm clock at 7:05am so it can’t be a good explanation. It always has to be between 7:01 and 7:04am and I change it every day.
I think I’m crazy. Do you have another explanation?
